My interview experience with Dell was good. They provided me with the tools to have my skills and qualifications recognized, and I was interviewed by a panel of very experienced, well rounded employees and managers of the company. They asked pertinent questions based on my qualifications, and gave me plenty of opportunity to express and discuss my qualifications and strengths.
