I have been interview for Product management.
The interview arrangement is very fast and good.
The sad thing when your interviewer lost his eyes contact and maybe text hp, make you lost your focus and feel disrespect.
Second, offensive question when they ask why you have many job change? Not all people luckily as them. Working as contract and permenant is different benefit. People suffering work in contract, no secure job, less benefit, no bonus, no increment and etc. You have family to take care, debt to pay.. how they can ask this question. If you reallly want to know, do the background checking.

Had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was a panel interview with team members to discuss experience, skills, collaboration, and overall fit.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.

HR interview over the phone to discuss fit, did not progress to next round with hiring manager. Asked general fit, motivation questions, had little knowledge of the role itself and deferred several times to the hiring manager
