Interview process for dell was simple.First round was telephonic technical round interview . Second round was skype round of interview with general managerial questions.Finally there was a basic HR interview before offering the letter.I was satisfied with the package offered.

The interview I had was mostly behavioral, this was for an internship. Most of the questions were based on their core values, so prepare according to that. I had a hard time since I was not good with interviews in general.
