Dell internal recruiter found me via social media. Applied, and had great first round interview over the phone with the hiring manager. Was invited to interview in Round Rock with several people. This is where it got extremely weird. There were people on the interview schedule who weren't in that particular day, and other people were substituted with short notice. While the face-to-face with the hiring manager was scheduled for 45 minutes, it lasted eight minutes and sort of felt the bums rush.
Worst of all was the complete and absolute stonewalling/radio silence after the conclusion of the interview. No feedback, no nothing. After several attempts to re-connect, I gave up and moved on. This is not the way to treat professionals.
