Applied online and was contacted the next day by HR. Scheduled for phone interviews, first with two future co-workers and then with my future manager and his manager. Co-workers were friendly and asked detailed technical questions. Future manager and his manager, though, were not so friendly and may have put me through a stress interview. After the second interview, HR dropped me like a ball and never contacted me to let me know the status, despite Dell's commitments to treating interviewees well. I would not interview with Dell again.
