I had the feeling that the interview would be interesting. I spoke with their HR department, VP of Engineering and the manager of the hiring group. The HR rep talked about benefits and all the other HR things they normally talk to perspective employees. The second person, the VP, was cordial, but scripted. They have a checklist of questions that they ask. I'm not sure that it is really effective, but I guess you get answers to specific questions from each candidate.. Which makes it easier to compare and contrast. The final interview was with the hiring manager. He was very technical and focused. I really enjoyed talking with him.

It was the infamous, how would you handle a developer that didn't agree with your bug assessment. The he followed up by asking what if the developer just closed it, what would you do.

Interview started on time.. Only couple of rounds... Timely processed got the offer through out the process went fine. Mostly technical questions.. HR was very cooperative provided timely response. Offer was emailed and mailed to the address provided... On boarded on the give given joining date
