Hiring process is initiated by the staffing team and the manager is only involved in final decision making process. However if you know someone inside the org then the process is much faster.

Most of the questions will be at technical level checking your technical skills already used in the project. Most of the time is spent on evaluating the candidates experiences, his familiarity and maturity in handling different scenarios, his communication and questioning skills etc. The specific programming language required for that job will be evaluated in depth.

Excellent, once my profile was shortlisted the process was scheduled and it finished in 2 days. Excellent internal process. The Talent Acquisition team, the interview panel and infrastructure was really good and welcoming.

I have gone through 2 rounds, before the company implemented a hiring freeze on the position.
First round was a screening with a recruiter. We mostly talked about my experience and motivation.
What followed was an interview with 2 IT managers. I was asked to walk through my experience again, followed by a couple of behavioural questions.
