J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dell Technologies (Franklin, MA) en mars 2019

Virtual interview then final on-site interview in Franklin, MA. While they pride themselves on being professional and creating a first class interview experience, it is designed for local college students and a huge waste of time for working professionals. I was there to get a job, not to get experience interviewing. I had to fly in from out of state and two days before my scheduled interview I had not yet received travel plans. When I inquired about my itinerary, only then was I told that they overbooked candidates and that I would have to instead come the following week. So after taking two days off work I then had to take two more off the next week, and never received an apology or anything the internal recruiters! The only good thing about the whole process was that they paid for travel expenses. Ultimately I was not offered the job and after asking for feedback, was not given anything of substance. Oddly enough, the recruiter mentioned that they thought I would be a good fit for other similar roles in the company (which I said I would be happy to try for) and that she would pass on my info to those hiring managers, but after hanging up the phone they have not responded to any of my emails to management or recruiters. I have heard nothing since. Not a good look for Dell EMC!

The interveew process was rigiorous. It started with a 3 hour long interview with different managers. At the end, you will be asked to do a role play where they will provide a scenario beforehand.
Three-part interview. The first round is a recorded screening, the next is a 3-hour super day, and the final round is a phone call. The Super Day includes a mock sales pitch for which they give you a case.
The first round was a digital interview where you record responses. The second round was a virtual interview on zoom with multiple people. You were given material to prep for the interview.
