Reached out to at NSHMBA, courteous HR said they will reach out to me with time for an interview with the marketing manager. Got a phone call in an hour, talked and setup time for interview next day.
Interview with the manager was an hour long mostly behavioral, less marketing. Very easy going and nice.

they had resume shortlisting, then group discussion followed by a interview that one to one. fair process with low discrepancies and limited set of questions asked. although they selected pre determined people only.

Group Disscussion followed by technical interview followed by Personal interview (HR round)
1st was group disscussion and the topic was just about "Water" after that in technical round some questions regarding marketing and in HR round about personal information and why should me hire you and so on

The recruiting process is quite smooth; probably took less than a month.
