Terrible interview environment. Too noisy to even hear properly. The least you can do is to interview in a quiet environment where people can communicate well, especially considering it was a pair programming interview. Worst interview ever.

HR Recruiter called and explained JD, scheduled 1st round of technical interview, panel joined on time and process was smooth. However, the next round took 2 months to get scheduled , it was rescheduled twice and finally cancelled. HR was generous enough to call and say position was closed.
