The hiring process at Dell is very interesting. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. After submitting my resume on line, I received an email from HR telling me when the interview was scheduled for. It's a good thing I didn't have other plans. The interviewer was personable enough. After the interview their was no communications from HR. Even after a couple follow up emails, no reply from HR.
