Straight forward, The questions were competency based and asked specifics, then built out the questions based on the answers. Interviewer/Managers are very knowledgeable about the jobs the are interviewing for and very specific in what they are looking for in the candidates.

Had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was a panel interview with team members to discuss experience, skills, collaboration, and overall fit.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.
