On site interview: Had one-on-one discussions with manager, 3 or 4 engineers, and a higher level manager. Also meet with Dell recruiter. Engineer interviews went well. The Dell recruiter said my salary target was a little high, but bonuses would make it up. Recent experience with bonus talk has me dismissing any such possibility. The higher level manager asked unusual, non-technical questions. I responded with difficult questions of my own. I never heard back from Dell.
