Phone interview with hiring manager then radio silence. Hiring manager was rude on the phone call. No follow up. This tells me how bad of a place it is to work if the hiring manager has a negative attitude for no valid reason. Also they advertised the job as a senior management role and then the hiring manager backtracked telling me he did not want to bring on outside new managers. I am thinking ok, so why the heck did you post the job req as a manager role if you want IC and not managers?

Excellent, once my profile was shortlisted the process was scheduled and it finished in 2 days. Excellent internal process. The Talent Acquisition team, the interview panel and infrastructure was really good and welcoming.

J'ai pu immédiatement accéder au hiring manager lors d'un entretien de 1h, discussion libre et ouverte, a propos du poste, de la boite, de l'equipe et de la mission.

I have gone through 2 rounds, before the company implemented a hiring freeze on the position.
First round was a screening with a recruiter. We mostly talked about my experience and motivation.
What followed was an interview with 2 IT managers. I was asked to walk through my experience again, followed by a couple of behavioural questions.
