I received a call from the recruiter and resent her my resume. I then was scheduled for an interview. They gave me a choice to interview in another one of their offsite offices or at the main office in DC. I took the offsite office and also did a phone interview at the same time. Basically I did two interviews at once. Two weeks later I was called and given an offer over the phone and was able to work out the negotiations prior to receiving the official letter. The interview went standard show up 15 min. early in your suite and tie. The first in person interview was for the company and the phone interview was for the contract I will be working on. Along with the official letter came some company specific items. One was standard company info and the other was my references, I sent them my list and they sent my list out a questionnaire about me.

Very in depth interview. Asked very hard questions. Specifically on my previous experience and ability to programmer and code. Also asked questions on organizational behavior. I have to say the interviewer was very kind and was not trying to ask get you questions just more understand how much you knew
