Starting from the interview, there are only three rounds
1. Introduction- HR inquires about your personal and past professional experience.
2. Skill/Telephonic- You are asked some technical questions and you should also know how to pitch for any sale while troubleshooting any technical problem.
3. Operations/Final Round- A team Manager will get in touch with you and they discuss about the companies policies and salary is been discussed.

Over the phone interview with one of the hiring managers that took around 15 - 20 minutes. Straight forward basic technical question interview that any one with basic troubleshooting understanding will know.

The interview process was quick, easy, and did not have to jump through hoops. The interview itself, the manager was super nice and not intimidating at all. My interview took about 40 minutes.

Entretien
I had an interview the day after I applied for the role, both members interviewing me were very friendly. There were some quick fire technical questions asking about troubleshooting a "blue screen" issue, setting up printers and some inquiry into my knowledge of windows basic troubleshooting skills. They seemed interested in my personal life and what id actually put on my CV, my future aspirations and offered me job prospects that would help with my future that they could provide which was great for an interview.
