Applied online, receieved a phone call the next day, went throught the screening questions with the recruiter. Then had the 1:1 started off with the recruiter then had another 1:1 with the Sales Director in the same day. Offer was made immediately after the interview was completed.

They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.
