Very straight forward. The initial "phone interview" was just to see if you were comfortable with the salary they were going to offer. No point shooting high, as its a company-wide number. 70/30 split. 40 base 15 target commish.
good! they asked me questions and i answered based on what i could provide for the company values i have. I liked talking to the interviewers and got callbacks very quickly.

An internal employee sends you a link with a referral, hiring manager contacts you for interview, if selected you fill out paperwork online, take drug test, take background check, then start training. Training is 9-12 weeks. The. You are in a call center on the phone selling data center stuff.

Tout s’est déroulé pendant 2 semaines.
Les entretiens n’étaient pas très faciles mais globalement tout se déroule dans une ambiance très professionnelle.
Généralement, ils ne tardent pas à donner une réponse.
Cela fait maintenant deux ans que je suis amplement satisfaite avec Dell.
