the process is usually pretty straightforward. First you’ll have a short recruiter call where they go over your background, resume, and why you’re interested in the role. After that, they send you an online assessment (OA). The OA is typically coding plus maybe a few behavioral or logic-based questions depending on the exact position. Once you pass that, the next step is interviews with the team, which people often describe as relatively easy and not overly technical compared to big FAANG-style grills.

My overall experience was great. Both the technical and HR interviews were really good and very friendly. During the process, they asked me mostly about operating systems and computer architecture.

It was the first time for me and was tense but the Dell people were good and friendly. It was like a hacker rank round at first, then the shortlisted people get to the interviews, 1.) Technical Interview 2.) Managerial Interview. 3) HR Interview. People were rejected after the end of every round.

Entretien
The interview process began with an HR call inviting me to a HackerRank test featuring questions on OOP concepts, operating systems, math, aptitude, and cloud computing. The test included three coding problems: server and rack management, JavaScript, and C++ templates. I successfully solved the JavaScript question and partially completed the problem-solving tasks. HR then advanced me to a techno-managerial interview, where I discussed my background, projects, and interests with a senior manager. The final HR round covered personal questions, salary expectations, and details about their internship program. Overall, the process was smooth and well-organized. Although I had little confidence in clearing the interview, the support from my family and friends and the relaxed conversation with the HR and the manager helped me through the entire process, and I am looking forward to starting my exciting internship and contributing to Dell Technologies alongside a great team.

The interviewers also explored my preferred project domains and the teams I might work with during the internship.
