Six rounds with different managers, very time consuming process. It has put me off from applying in the future. It felt quite a lot for a junior position. However, the interviewers seemed really lovely.

I recently interviewed for a Marketing Associate role at Deliveroo. The process began with an initial conversation over Google Meet with a recruiter, which was friendly and informative. Following this, I was invited to a second interview with the hiring manager. The second interview focused mainly on competency-based questions and felt well-structured and relevant to the role. Overall, the process felt smooth, professional, and the people I spoke to were approachable and pleasant throughout. This was all done over video call. Although I wasn’t successful on this occasion, I appreciated the communication from the recruitment team, who informed me of the outcome via email.
