It was very well structured with the interviewer having pre pre-prepared set of questions to test your problem-solving skills, as well as general awareness about the industry. They also had a short 5 minute excercise at the end to understand your thought process and reasoning abilities.

It was great. All recruiters were absolutely the best and I was able to feel at ease sharing my skills. The asked questions that completely pertain to the role and helped me to have a better idea of what I will be doing.

Entretien
I was invited to the office of Deliveroo and there I was interviewed by 2 people. They were the head of the sales department and my direct manager. After the interview I was informed about the result within a week.
