Very disorganised interview process with a lot of time wasted for both parties.
Called to interview in person by two different departments who didn't realise that the other had asked me in. Ended up having 3 face-to-face interviews, totalling 4.5 hours of contact time with a total of 7 different individuals all asking almost identical questions. Final interview included an aptitude test which frankly would have made much more sense to give in the first interview. Final interviewer turned up 30 minutes late and didn't arrange for anybody to greet me/explain there would be a wait.
Told I would hear back after third interview and waited 5 weeks for a reply having had 3 emails ignored. Eventually received a response saying application wasn't successful with no explanation or feedback.
