Very lengthy process, they asked for my salary expectations then couldn’t meet it. I had to go for more than three rounds of interviews & ended up getting ghosted for weeks without any replies. Shame on you Deliveroo! Fix your interview process & learn how to share timely feedback. Time is important for everyone. If you ever want to compete with existing competition, at least learn how to reply timely to candidates. It’s really frustrating!!! If anyone is thinking of wasting their time on interviews then think twice, this isn’t a place where you’d get a reply! Shame on you
