I received an interview invite from one of the hr partners, and I have politely accepted the invite and sent them a thank you note. Unfortunately, the hiring team member didn't show up for the interview, although that person was active on LinkedIn during my scheduled interview time. I have sent multiple emails assuming situations changes with everyone. But no reply for that as well. So next step, I have sent an email to their careers team based in London HQ but didn't receive any response. And soon I realised that particular job suddenly disappeared from the job board. I then realised I didn't want to work for a company that doesn't value candidates time. My worst interview experience ever.
