Interviewed 4 times over a 7 week period, which amounted to over 6 hours of my time spent at their offices. This consisted of interviews with different members of the team from the department as well as a presentation. The team were very nice but had no direction or clarity about the exact role they were interviewing me for or where I would fit. This resulted in no offer, with the reason cited as my having a lack of experience, which could've been concluded from my CV prior to the interview process. Unfortunately the business came across as disorganised, slow and indecisive, despite their claims of being fast moving and action led, and therefore are not a company I would recommend or consider in the future.

Very easy going and relaxed. I was joined by the lead user researcher and the head of design joined a little bit towards the end. For the face to face interview I was asked to bring some examples of past work, so I brought my laptop along and showed a few things that way.
