The recruiter was quite nice and all communication was smoothly, screening call was quick and I was moved forward for the next step, Interview was mostly behavioural questions relevant to the position nothing too complicated, then I was moved forward for a tech test, I went to the office in person to work on a case study for 1.5 hrs, which was simple and fun, the interviewer made question at the end, I passed to the last interview about values, that was most like a conversation that went very quick, I was told I had to wait one extra week to get a decision, in the day I supposed to get the final answer I saw Deliveroo posted the job again, and no one contacted me for 2 weeks even thought I chased once. Then after those 2 weeks got the rejection email.

4 stages including HR screening. Interesting process, you do 3 interviews but you don’t pass one to get to the next. Instead they review holistically across the 3 interviews and assess overall performance. Great if you’re stronger in some skills than others
