I applied online after the HR recruiter reached over phone to conduct the first level preliminary screening. One week later I was mailed a Technical assessment link. This is a 90 min quiz requiring descriptive answers on topics like SQL, Powershell , Active Directory , Linux, Windows and how to handle customers etc. (which are pretty basic if you are really strong with experience). They test results were positive however after that they HR team updated me that they would get back for the next round. After multiple mails and follow ups they still said they would get back. After more than 4-6 weeks and follow ups I had no response. I came to the know the position was filled internally but the HR Team did not have the basic courtesy to inform the candidates. Complete waste of time....
