J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delabie (Whitstable, Angleterre) en févr. 2023
Entretien
First a teams meeting interview followed by an invite to sit 3 online additional tests. 1. Non-verbal reasoning / in this case domino’s sequences - 20-25 mins timed. 2. Practical logic / levers, pullers and cogs. 20-25 mins timed. 3. A 300 question personality test 45 mins, the same as a DISC test.
I think there were 35 of us who logged onto the pre-test teams invite. Approx. 5 couldn’t continue with the test due to their clearly lacking technical skills - they couldn’t log into the test which you had to pre-register for. I believe only 5 of us passed.
I received a call following day inviting me to their offices near Oxford, a 3 hr drive for me. So an 8 hr round trip and the best part of 2 solid days in total - what a waste of my time, and money.
I was told I must have done well to get that far as few pass the tests.
I was interviewed by two senior management. They seemed oblivious to the past few years struggles inc. Covid. I found myself defending several changes of jobs. Their approach and directive seems way off imho and clearly why they have had the area I was interviewing for unmanned for years.
What comes next you just won’t believe - the recruiter couldn’t believe it either. Sell me this tap?
It’s unclear still if they were looking for an Area Sales Manager, a salesman or a promoter.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delabie (Wallingford, England) en mars 2025

There is a few quick call/teams meeting to understand a bit better the role and the company. Then a test about practical intelligence, Dominos logic (I recommend to train a bit for the test) and a personality test. You have then an interview in Wallingford to finish with a final interview
