You gonna meet and having an interview with the department manager, but before that you will be conducted a phone interview with the hr first. In that section, the hr will get to know more about you first and see If you are the candidate that they are looking for.

1st round zoom interview ~1 hr with HR - Self introduction in English - The remaining parts are conducted in Cantonese, mainly asking reasons to join them and leave the previous company 2nd round face-to-face interview ~30 mins with HR ~2 hr with technical team

Why do you want to join us? Why did you leave the current/previous company? What is your career plan? What projects have you participated? Name some kinds of plastic and their properties. What are the components inside a switch? How to measure the dimension of manufactured parts? Any experience of injection molding of plastic?
The interview process was quite smooth and the interviewers are nice and it is like a sharing on what you can expect on the job position. The interview did not take long.
