Interviewed with their internal recruiter, 1st call went very well, at least I thought so. My background includes 15 years of software sales experience in the healthcare industry and at least 7 years of SaaS software sales. I met all the job requirements and the interviewer was sure to move me on to the second interview. The following week I received the standard company email thanking me for my time. These young internal recruiters tell you one thing then deny your eligibility when you are clearly qualified. Companies today just interview people to keep resumes on file for future reference. A waste of time for new candidates!

Entretien
Lengthy, drawn out interview process with spotty communication throughout. Didn't appear to be a very nimble organization and uncovered some red flags around the % to quota attainment and realistic compensation for sales people.
