One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. From the initial contact, I received unsettling signals from the recruiter, who gave the impression of desperation to fill the position rather than genuine interest in finding a suitable candidate. However, the true extent of the unprofessionalism became clear during the actual interview with the VP and hiring manager. I was consistently interrupted mid-sentence while attempting to answer questions, a clear display of disrespect for my time and contributions. The entire experience was profoundly disheartening and demonstrated a distinct lack of professionalism that I found unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise any true CS professionals to reconsider wasting their valuable time at this company. No one deserves to be treated with such disregard and disrespect in a professional setting.
