The interview process was held in several stages: some tasks to demonstrate the skills, the video calls with the dev team, producr owner and other high level representatives to check the technical and soft skills. The technical questions were cases used on every day basis and not some nerdy stuff that is never applied in real life, which I personally appreciated.
