Long, many delays between rounds, case study seemed slightly irrelevant to the job needs, and like it was complex for the sake of it. They seemed to agree upon discussion, which helped.

Spoke with Talent Director went well. I was sent next steps ASAP for case assignment and completed it. I was told interview with HMs would be scheduled ASAP. Ghosted for 1 month+ afterwarsd. All seemed positive and I still love what DSV is doing but had a very horrible experience with multiple follow ups. My confidence was lost in the job search but this experience will not define it. I believe DSV is doing incredible work and wish the teams there much success.

I applied and was contacted over 3 months later. I did not accept the invitation to interview as I had completed multiple interview rounds and had been offered (and accepted!!) another position by then! Absolutely ridiculous and makes me question the credibility of this company and they lack of respect they show their staff.
