A recruiter reached out to me asking if I'd be interested in a conversation about Deel, then showed up 6 minutes late for our 30 minute call. Proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes giving me an overview of the company with a level of energy that could only be compared to one of those goats that suddenly just falls asleep. They then asked one question: "Are you comfortable with numbers?" before asking what questions I had. Can only assume they had a quota to meet for sourcing and that this is not the regular candidate experience.

4 stage interview process, the interviews were friendly and engaging although they did get rescheduled 3 times, met with most of the key stakeholders although the role was placed on hold prior to completion of the process.
