We will make sure our recruiters know about the statutory requirements for the countries of the candidates they are talking about in the future; the person you spoke to was likely referencing our overall and general company policy. Also, we do not condone rudeness of any sort, externally or internally, and this will be appropriately flagged with our interview panel.
As I am sure you know, the HRBP role can be challenging as HRBPs connect leaders'/team members' needs and business priorities. HRBPs work on impactful, high-touch projects in response to challenges from their business units and partner closely with leaders of varying experience, bandwidth, knowledge, and leadership skills. This can sometimes be difficult, and candidates who will be successful at Deel must be up for these challenges, want to work hard to build and solve problems and be proactive and thoughtful in their approach. Part of the HRBP's role is to coach, mentor and guide leaders and act as advising partners to help them grow and develop. We are committed to building a high-performance culture and look to our team members to set the bar high for delivering and executing at speed for our internal clients and customers.
