So backwards- was referred by someone, didn't hear anything for 3 weeks then got invited to a screening interview. Screening interview went well and was told process would be fairly straight forward. 2nd stage was a home task, received no feedback for another week 3rdstage with someone who would be reporting into the role. 4th stage was with hiring manager who was there was no chemistry with. Had they had had the hiring manager interview first , I would have never wasted my time.
