Personally, I wouldn’t waste your time interviewing here. The process took about 2 months and ended with them saying they were starting their search from scratch and they had no feedback, even with a take home activity. The team is also not transparent about salary bands during the interview process. They are a young company so hopefully they improve with time.

Entretien
The process started out ok with being asked regular questions by a person from HR. I got to the next round where it was the local contact that interviewed me. This was the strangest interview I have ever attended. I had eye contact with this guy the first 2 minutes and then he just started to look all other places! I don't know if this person was extremely overworked or just rude. He was also yawning. I got a mail the day after they did not want to continue the process. I could not ask why since it was a no-reply adress. Yawning and don't having eye contact. How unprofessional!
