Process lasted over two months for three interviews. Communication was slow and required follow-ups. Final HR interview lasted ~15 minutes with almost no interaction. No details about contract, compensation, or benefits were shared at any stage of the process. I was also asked to sign documents for background checks before any clarity on the offer or outcome. The technical interview was solid, but overall the process felt inefficient and poorly managed.
