Went to three rounds of interviews. Interviews went well but stretched to 8 weeks. The interviewers were professional, straightfoward, polite, and I was provided with a draft job offer prior final interview. Two weeks pass since final interview, I get contacted by recruiter to be told they put the role on hold. Hence they will not be moving forward with this job application. I wasted 10 weeks of my time between calls, follow ups, and interviews; to be provided with positive feedback, promises, and suddenly be told things will not move forward anymore.
