1) Telephone interview to understand who I was as a person, including job background, current projects, what sort of company culture I aspire to be in. The second half of the interview was basic programming questions.
2) C# Programming, at home, test to gauge programming competency and TDD
3) Office visit with a sit down programming test in c# with a senior developer
Interview with the head of technology and the project manager to understand how I would handle certain situations that may appear.
Interview with the CEO to understand who I was and to see if I fit in with the culture the business strives to have.
4) Telephone interview with the manager I would be directky reporting to. This was an extra telephone interview as he was on holiday when I went for the office visit
