I have been interviewed here, they have taken all the rounds, all of them goes really well, after the last Hr head round I called them then all of sudden they gave very lame excuse that profile is on hold, how come in just 2 days the profile can go on hold. If I talk about salary expectations first they will say yes no issues. If you asked for a good hike they will give lame excuses to you like the position is on hold in the end. * Very slow and mind sucking * Improve your hiring process * Respect others time * After every round I had to ask for the next round Try to give response to the people you are interviewing Don't give lame excuses Don't open up positions if you don't have requirement Stop wasting your time and others as well by interviewing without any good reason Don't know the exact reason for this lame excuse, position is on hold. But somewhere if you feel in the end that you can't offer the amount asked by the person then it's better to be clear at the very first stage rather than wasting time. Suggestion for others - Never ever think to get interviewed here.
