2-stage interview. One with Store Manager in Chinese. Second interview conducted by Regional Manager in Chinese and English. The whole process was fairly quick, was informed of the result in short time.

It was interesting and something new to me. Different flow of collective interview. And the process is very interactive amongst the other applicants and we tend to know new people at the same time
It was like I was trying to join NASA. I was interviewed about over 6 times. it was tiring and suck process. For the position, just 2 interview is quite enough.

have a phone interview for 10mins after hand in cv, have a short self introduction and talk about my favourite sports. HR will introduce the jobs description. Will have face interview after the phone interview.
