I was invited for an interview with the HR leader after initial screening with the recruitment team. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of time.
Very soon after we started the meeting, I was told this is not the right position for me only because this is a part- time/ junior role and it's not offering any further development nor salary expected given my broad experience and exposure.
Having said that, I did not even ask for a specific figures.
My concern is, if you think one's portfolio is not good fit for the role as of whatever reason, what's the point of asking this candidate coming all the way and telling her non- sense?
- Phone interview: Hr provided a lot of information about the position, requirements, and recruitment process - On-site interview: All candidates were invited to visit the office. We then worked in groups to introduce ourselves and solve case studies. A great experience about their products and professionalism.
