One of the most disaster interviewer panel I have met in my life. No HR system and no interviewer panel knowledge on subject. They want people to join with lesser salary then present organization and assuring you in next appraisal they will do the hike. If you are not interested to waste your time in giving interview and for comedy show you can attend the interview else in worst case if you are presently jobless.
