It was a telephone interview. Interviewer asked to give self introduction and asked me about the company. He also asked me why am I choosing decathlon and what do like very much about decathlon.And he asked me if he select me will I change the work location to any were they say and I said yes,because as a fresher I should be able to work at any place and so I have that capability.

the interview process started to be decent where i formally introduced myself and spoke to the interviewer and later they started asking questions, but it felt like they are not even interested to interview anyone..

sono stato contattato tramite l'università. la giornata di selezione ha previsto la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione aperta, successivamente un simulazione di gruppo con altri candidati per osservare il comportamento in una situazione pratica e successivamente (nel corso della stessa giornata) un colloquio singolo.

Third Round : Skit Performance
4/Team (Any Topic Can Be Performed)
Fourth Round : Live Our Life Program
Three - Four Days Life at Decathlon Branch
They will assign you to a specific department like CRM, Sales etc
And then INTERN and Final Call
