Initial screen by recruiter focused on relevant experience, the role and return to office. This was followed by a live coding round where I solved one Leetcode style coding problem and did time complexity analysis.

Regular screen with recruiter at first asking general questions. Then coding screen with EM, just regular leetcode type of question. The final round was a few interview with leetcode type, system design and behavior. All together a very generic SWE interview process. Here is the main issues with the company that I needed to make a post here. The interviews all went well, so they kept moving me forward to the final stage. The final stage also went well. After a week after the interview, I get feedback from the recruiter that my interview went well but they are not looking to hire anymore. This was very unprofessional of the team to put someone through all this just for no reason.
