3 rounds: phone screen - very basic filter to ensure that I could speak english and knew something about IT technical iterview - first half is about answering questions about application design, clean code, quality assurance, etc, second half is about human skills, methodologies, management strategies, agile and problem solving (all in english) hr interview - about compensations, fire rules, work time, etc
