Entretien pour Administrative Assistant - Human Resources

      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dealmed (Brooklyn, NY) en avr. 2019

      Entretien

Went through a phone screening, and then was radio silence for a good 2 weeks until I was invited to an on-site interview. Interview was with two of their HR members, the person who phone interviewed me and the Manager. They sat down and didn't seem to have ever viewed my resume at all. There was a two minute pause as they looked through my resume for what appears to be the first time ever. Horrible interview honestly. They did not have any questions that they want to ask that seemed like they were interested in me, and then the interview became a conversation. The manager started talking to me about her husband and child(ren), tell me where she went to high school and how she was a horrible student, to which I just nodded. She also told me she hates people and other red flags popped up. After the interview, I was sent an online link to take an assessment to "show the real me to make sure I wasn't a psychopath." I wasted an hour on it, answering "which sentence most fits to your values" to "what (picture) pattern comes after (set of pictures)" and other weird sets of random numbers and I had to pick the choice which comes after. Never heard back after finishing my assessment.

We understand that you are upset that you did not get the position and were frustrated that it took several weeks and that we asked you to take an online assessment. The online assessment we ask prospective employees to take is called a Caliper. The Caliper is a personality analysis test widely used by employers to help evaluate and find a candidate whose character traits are best suited for the job. This analyst test isn't something unique to our business and the questions don't have right or wrong answers. We also checked our records and it seems that you applied for this position on April 19th, 2019. Your telephone interview was conducted on April 22nd, your first interview was scheduled May 3rd. You then requested to cancel the May 3rd interview and rescheduled the interview for May 8th. You are correct that we should have done a better job letting you know that you did not get the position and that you weren't hired.
