The interview consisted of a phone screen with a Recruiter then a face to face with the Hiring Manager. Then there was an interview with the department heads I would be working with. I found the process to be extremely thorough. During the interview process, the interviewers really got a true assessment of who I am as an employee. However, I feel as though I was mislead when it comes to the opportunities and growth within my current position.
