I went to the conference center of the hotel spoke to the head of housekeeping and talked to my boss. We went over everything and they called me back a couple days later saying I got the job.

Interviewer said she would let me know, never heard back and she never gave me a proper interview. Had all the qualifications, it would be nice to at least get a rejection email or a call rather than being ghosted.

You have a short less than 10 minute conversation with management and they ask simple questions about your resume, or you just make small talk. My interview was more on the informal side. You try to sell yourself as good for the hotel or company.
